Learn to harness the breath – it’s easy, portable, and free . . .  and something you are always doing!  Participants will experience several ancient and simple, yet powerful, breathing exercises designed to raise & lower energy levels, reduce stress, and lift your mood.  These techniques can be practiced by all ages at any time, in any place.

Whether you travel by plane, bus, train or even car – modern travel is simply not designed with your comfort in mind.  Cramped seating, delays, long rides, the stress of unfamiliar environments and testy travel companions all take a toll on your body, mind, and spirit.  ‘Yoga for Travelers’ will provide you with simple techniques to help you keep yourself in shape and pass time comfortably on your trip, ultimately providing you with a better travel experience.
 These valuable tools are designed for use throughout your travels… before you step on board, en route, during delays, before going to sleep and when you wake up.

‘Yoga for Travelers’ is designed to accommodate all ages, shapes, sizes and flexibility levels.  Not one bit of experience needed - come as you are!


YOGA FOR GARDENERS
Allow your body to blossom in the garden!


There’s no need to suffer for your passion!  Soothe your aching back, relax stiff legs and knees, and energize cramped hands; nourish your body while nourishing the garden.  Yoga for Gardeners participants will learn a wide variety of easy stretches and movements combined with simple yogic breathing that will surely allow your gardening experience to blossom.  Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary; if you are able to crouch and crawl around the garden you’ll be fine in Yoga for Gardeners!
